Parking on a Hill
Do you know how to park on a hill? Grandpa explains it in one minute.
What you'll learn
- Before changing lanes: mirrors, signal, and turn your head to check the blind spot.
- Parked downhill with a curb: wheels toward the curb.
- Uphill with a curb: wheels away from it. If the car slips, the curb catches it.
- Wheels toward the side of the road, so if it rolls it goes off the road, not into traffic.
