Class O written test: 25 questions, you can miss 5; 80% needed to pass. Taken on a testing tablet at a driver licensing office; written, audio and non-verbal picture versions. A failed test cannot be retaken the same day; after six failed written tests you must wait 90 days or complete a driver training course. Passed results are valid for 6 months.
